Przekaż informację zwrotnąI am extremely disappointed. After being in the hospital and lacking the energy to cook, I decided to order food for delivery from this restaurant. I ordered 2 large meals and 2 items from the saver menu. I even paid extra for direct delivery to ensure the food arrived hot. However, when the food arrived, it was cold. Upon opening the bag, I found that one of the main meals was a McChicken instead of a double quarter pounder, and the cheeseburger had extra toppings that I did not ask for. I called the driver, thinking they had made a mistake, only to realize that the order was completely wrong. I called the store and spoke to a unhelpful manager named Jamie, who said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to go through the process of getting a refund and reordering. This is not the first time I have had issues with this branch, as my child was served raw chicken previously. I believe that this McDonald's franchise needs to be reviewed, and I will be taking further action.
I placed an order on the McDonald's app 40 minutes before the restaurant was set to close for myself, my girlfriend, and two friends. However, the estimated arrival time kept getting pushed back by 10 minutes each time, which I found frustrating since we had allowed plenty of time for the food to arrive and we were left without any other food for a long period of time. I plan to visit the restaurant tomorrow to request a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused by this situation.
Every member of staff we came across was friendly, helpful and had a smile. Very helpfully unlocked the change rooms as soon as I got near them without having to ask. Everywhere was very, very clean. Food was what you’d expect from McDonald’s. Tasty yet does not fill you up, the kids loved it.
Terrible terrible experience. My mum and I stopped in to take out a mcflurry for her and a diet coke for me to go sit on the seafront. I ordered a large diet coke so pretty large. I have type 1 diabetes and after a while it became clear the diet coke was the full sugar, so 60g of sugar and I had almost consumed the entire thing by that point. I almost ended up having to go to hospital as that amount of sugar is just not ok for a type 1 diabetic and could have resulted in death basically and it was touch and go if we'd have to go to A+E for emergency treatment. Contacted McD's after... they were far from sympathetic, sent robotic email after robitic email querying details, exact time drink was consumed, asking for receipt etc. After a lot of back and forth they offered a £10 gift voucher IF you spend over £40, and can only be used if ordering via an app. So maybe if I had died... my mum could have used the voucher for the funeral meal. Seeing as, who spends over £40 in Mcd's... and... she doesn't have a smart phone, so couldn't use it anyway. A robitic copy and paste apology yet no admission of error, no acknowledgement that serving sugar drinks instead of diet is not ok.
Placed a couple of orders via McDelivery and Uber Eats, wrong items delivered, taken so much longer than stated, one order was left on my porch roof! When I contacted them about order issues they blame Uber regardless if it was a McDelivery order. Can’t get through to anyone on the help function just get an automated response. Happy to take my money but not deliver the food or service.
