When you walk in to Portafinos the smell is mouthwatering. There were quite a few tables full and it was fairly early. They brought us herbed olive oil to Dip the crusty bread into as soon as we sat down. I had the chicken Cacciatore and it was delicious! However I will say that the veggies were extremely Al dente. I don’t mind a bit of a crunch but some might consider it a little underdone. The portion sizes are very generous so I took most of it home and enjoyed it the next day . The red wine was warm but quite nice. Husband had the homemade cannaloni and said it was outstanding. We were too full to order dessert although they sounded delish! Staff were great!
