It's located in a shopping center, but it has its own entrance and opens at 7 a.m. I ordered two eggs with bacon, hash browns, a tortilla, and pancakes. The eggs were cooked perfectly to my liking, the bacon was crispy, the pancakes were fluffy, and the hash browns, although a style I'm not used to, were very tasty. The tortilla was large and clearly homemade, and it even came with a delicious sopapilla. I asked to drizzle the eggs and hash browns with their red chili sauce, which was just right. They have a bar with a dozen options, most of which are salsas. I tried the marinated black jalapeños and onions in soy sauce for the first time, and it was delightful. The staff was friendly, and the bathroom was spotless.
You have a salsa bar! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast. I had biscuits and gravy with an egg and hash browns, which were fantastic. The carne asada was also delicious. The shrimp dish was a hit too! They even have a bowl of menudo. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes! Plus, you can choose to get a sopapilla with or without cinnamon.
I wanted to sample a burrito from New Mexico since I'm only here for a short while, and their menu is a dream come true for a meat lover. I asked if they could substitute the meat for a veggie burrito, and they happily obliged. I added potatoes, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, cheese, and a generous amount of salsa. This burrito was absolutely delicious and so hearty that it took care of both my lunch and dinner!
