Land Of A Thousand Hills Roastery Office

I've been coming to this restaurant for over a year and have always loved it. Today, I ordered coffee and a bagel but had to wait over 10 minutes while seeing others who ordered after me being served first. When I finally asked about my bagel, the staff member laughed and claimed that someone had left the toaster on too high from the night before and that my bagel was the last one available. I found that hard to believe considering how easily the other bagels were being served that morning. After another lengthy wait, I inquired about my bagel again and was told they were busy. Eventually, I received my cold bagel and was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I really need to talk to the owner about this experience.

I paid $6.50 for a cold brew that tasted like nothing but water and ice. I can't help but laugh at that! It's disappointing, and I probably won't be coming back. The outside of the place looked nice, but the coffee was terrible. What a letdown!

I went to get a quick cappuccino while I was waiting to see the leasing agent in the common room. when I stood in the line to wait to be welcomed. carlos, who I suspect, the owner looked at me twice, never recognizing my being. carlos totally ignored. as if I don't stand in front of him, waiting for service. he instantly turned his face into inaccessible, then he changed when he greeted a. the caucasian man in a leather jacket that went after me with his computer and his things placed on a table. then went back to the opposite and was then greeted by carlos with a smile. a couple waiting behind me mentioned carlos that I was waiting and next. carlos ignored my presence and went to the maintenance of other customers while I stood there, never greeted me or recognized my presence. I really believe that I was sacrificed by racial discrimination from carlos and that he never greeted or apologised me when the couple standing there told him that I was next and waiting. I plan a discrimatiom request against thousand hills coffee and carlos for racial profiling. the sad part of it is carlos the owner had several chances to write the wrong, but he decided to continue on his way the prejudice and bigotry. I was humiliated and embarrassed from no obvious reason, except the color of my skin and appearance. this incident occurred between the hours of 10 o'clock -10:am.2/18/2. I take actiw to the couples who have tried to speak for me, so I can get written statements from them and what they have experienced.

The espresso was absolutely delightful, very well and carefully crafted. The service was insanely good! It's been a while since the last we were so well served. The store is cozy and beautiful. Different spaces to meet, study, or just talk and enjoy a good coffee. 11/10!
