Hola! Taqueria - Roswell

When visiting a new Mexican restaurant, I have a couple of go-to dishes that I use as a gauge. This time, I chose the carnitas tacos, as the quality of roasted pork can reveal a lot about a place. At Hola, the carnitas were slightly dry. While the flavor was good—albeit a bit muted due to the dryness—they were fresh. I enjoyed them with a nice bowl of charro beans, which were quite tasty. My friend ordered a chimichanga. It’s not my preferred choice, but they are on a mission to find the best chimi in the Atlanta area. After trying a bite, I would describe it as a fajita chimichanga. Covered in cheese and topped with queso fresco, lettuce, and radish, it was really delicious. Overall, I like this place, especially being in Roswell, and I will definitely return to explore more menu options.

Great food and great services. We ordered the Lola, Lola, tacos and Molcajete (grilled meat variety served in a Hot Lava Bowl) and all were delicious. Our server was super friendly and did an excellent job taking care of us. They also have outside seatingand are dog friendly too.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were pleased to find it not too crowded, allowing us to be seated immediately. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were quickly served chips and salsa, which were quite tasty. For our meal, we decided to share some tacos and a shrimp quesadilla. I tend to be particular about quesadillas, as I often find they don't provide value for the price. However, here the quesadilla was perfectly sized and absolutely delicious. I also sampled the shrimp taco, which was surprisingly filling given its size. To top it all off, the sweet tea was delightful.

We had a fantastic dining experience! The food was excellent, and there was a live band when my husband and I visited, which created a wonderful atmosphere. We only had a short wait for seating, even though it was the weekend. We've already been there twice, so it's clear we really enjoy it. The street corn and ceviche were absolutely delicious!

One of the best mexican places i have been to. Every dish is kind, delicious and rich of flavors. Jalapeno margaritas are awesome. I wrote in plural cause you have to take at least two.
