Hometown place with good food. I have eaten at Fat's for 4 days a week two times a day Tuesday through Friday for the last two months here in Roswell, New Mexico. I've eaten from fried eggs to Steak sandwiches. I've never had a bad meal. The service is outstanding with good people. I eat inside the restaurant. I can say it's clean and well maintained. Best damn place in Roswell.

Delicious double meat cheese! The fries were also good. I'll definitely have to come back to try the burrito if I can. Thank you!
