Black Betty Bbq - Roswell

I visited the restaurant intending to order a pulled pork sandwich, but I ended up trying the loaded ribbon fries instead. They were a bit on the expensive side, but I truly enjoyed them. I usually avoid loaded dishes because they often disappoint, but that wasn’t the case here. The only thing that could have improved the experience would have been a cold beer. Thank you!

This was the worst barbecue I’ve ever experienced; it felt like a complete waste of time and money. The meals didn't even include all the items they were supposed to.

Very good food! Had the barbeque nachos and the club! Excellent quality ribbon fries and meat! Their BBQ sauce is very good! Friendly staff and good food!

The pulled pork was excellent, and the BBQ sauce was delicious. The mac and cheese had a great spicy kick to it.

Man is this place something, and not the kind of something you look forward to, something that makes you wonder how exactly this exists, and how it continues to exist. I came here on a road trip, and I have to say, this was the least appealing BBQ offeringof the whole trip. First, the building smells of something that just isn't right. whatever the smell was, it gave me a poundingheadache. The food itself wasn't spectacular. the chopped BBQ turned out to be a stew of the in house BBQ sauce and whateverother meats they seem to have. chunks of pork, brisket, sausage, and pulled pork in a warm soup of overly-sweet sauce. the otheroffering might be alright, but the brisket was tough and had no flavor or even a substantial bark. it was disappointinglymediocre to outright bad food that we did not feel was worth the price. If this place server your pallet, fine. but Southern BBQjunkies beware, this place isn't a place to stop. Overall : [F]
