Costa Coffee - Rossendale

I usually love the prices at this restaurant, but recently I have found the staff to be rude and unenthusiastic. Although I have never experienced such poor service before, the attitude of the server this morning really surprised me and put a damper on my coffee. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

The restaurant has a friendly staff and is very clean. You can't go wrong dining here. The roasted sandwiches are excellent and they have delicious carrot cake as well. Highly recommend!

I have to say that the restaurant did not keep the tables clean, as there were crumbs on the floor and some tables had to be wiped down by us. When I came with my dog, the outdoor tables were dirty. I am looking forward to the branch at Rawtenstall Tesco reopening.

His costa coffee. his okay, but his not brilliant. I found it okay and good service and eat ok, but I wouldn't go out of my way there. I think the address is wrong, as it is over the bare stable. bypass or newhallhey road is accessed, which does not disappear over the road.

Called in for a coffee mid afternoon. The tray on which my drinks were served was ingrained with stains. The tables weren’t cleared and a ledge on the wall next to the table was thick with dust. When l looked at the table legs of...surrounding tables they looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. I won’t be going back and don’t recommend anyone bother going in until it cleans up its act.
