Good piza no more and to take away especially the restaurent is full but noisy smile and the ables are very tight

The service/reception is simply shameful!On the first time we had gone there with my spouse for lunch, the reception had already been uncomfortable as possible. My partner's pizza was barely cooked (a very soft paste,!) so he asked that it be changed, the waitress had not hidden her annoyance and had recovered and brought the plate (with the same pizza but now blackened!) without a word and without a delicacy! We had already been cooled by this restaurant! yesterday, shopping day with my mother at the rosny 2 shopping center and this one wants pizza! So I'm resigning myself to go back to the arte, telling me that maybe it wasn't a chance the last time. And no!Reception and disgraceful service! not a smile, not even a hint from our waitress (and to tell the truth I was a little more attentive this time and was able to see that it was general to the whole team, not a member seems to be kind or smiling, that's crazy!) !ordered past, two pizzas arrive 10 minutes later except one of the two is not the right one. The waitress gets the plates by blowing without a word for us. A few minutes later pizza arrives, mine is the one already proposed before, I recognize it because the egg is broken, widespread and far too cooked. So I ask that I be changed for something correct! annoyingly undisguised of the waitress who takes back my plate with rage, brings it back to me 5 good minutes later (my mother's almost cold,!) it's the same pizza with just another broken egg but less cooked added on it! I tell the waitress that it's the same, she answers me that not with bad liver, your displaced person, and asks me if she has to take it again. Exasperated I answer her that no, I would do with the story of being able to eat with my mother! barely the last bite swallowed, the waitress comes to get rid of and dares ask us if "it was." I'll tell her that no, not really! She tells me that if I wasn't happy I had to tell her yes when she proposed to change her, I answer her so that the purpose of our presence with my mother was to share a meal together and not to eat one after the other, that the ideal (and the most commercial) would have been that she proposes to take back the 2 pizzas in order to serve us something correct and warm at the same time! being a waiter is a trade (which I practiced a few years!) whose main quality is friendliness! the manager of the arte rosny should be honestly ashamed of his team which probably reflects his own incompetence!more ever!

In this restaurant you can eat many different kind of Italian food as pizza, pasta and it may be also possible to eat Italian dessert! This is simple but good food, with a correct service.

Once seated, it is in the turn of a waitress, totally deficient, to hold two dishes ordered by my table (salade césar and special pizzaiolo.) too complicated, it has to be back twice. You'll tell me, "it happens." Once the entrance is served (mozzarella burrata,) we are surprised by the acidity of the accompanied peppers. It was about to feel nothing in the mouth once tasted.
