Sushi2500 - Roskilde

One of three sushi places near the Roskilde station. Although this one is not as strategic as the other two, I can say that this place definitely has the best sushi out of the three. The fish are fresh+delicious and the sushi combination are exciting. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, actually amazing for the kind of chill dinner vibe if you're looking for one. The lady serving us is very nice and gave recommendation on what to see in the city after our dinner. Will definitely revisit this place. Update May 20th, 2024: Now they also have unlimited option

Sushi2500 is fresh tasty! I’ve had takeout twice really enjoyed it both times, the family style is the way to go because you get to try different rolls!

Always delicious sushi especially can be highlighted cauliflower and the quality of fish.

I was very impressed by their sushi but it must also be said that it is in the slightly more expensive end than you typically see the home at any time what I see, but it was no doubt insanely delicious and nice restaurant

Buy a Menu, most rolls tasted really well, but there were 2 rolls which were not as good.
