Sumo Sushi - Roseville

Poor service lately. We mostly order takeout and frequently nobody answers. On Friday, I went to pickup and the girl working seemed to be distracted by her phone and I asked for extra wasabi which she assured was in there. Once I got home, I noticed we didn't get extra wasabi as requested and we only got one tiny packet of soy sauce per roll ordered!! They're getting chincy and unappreciative of business. Too bad because the sushi is amazing!

I stopped in around 9PM, about 30 minutes before they closed. Despite being in the middle of their cleanup they had no problem with taking a late order and had my rolls ready rather quickly. If you're looking for excellent service, competitive pricing and the tastiest unagi in Northern California, I energetically recommend Sumo Sushi!

I placed the order for pick up and they did not have it ready until 45 minutes after my pick up time

It's not horrible. Fish isn't fresh and the presentation is boring. Go here if you're looking for inexpensive 1/2 off rolls and don't care about ambiance or service.
