Kfc - Roseville

The lid from one of the graveys has not been properly placed. when I came home, the engraving was softened into the paper bag and there was a hole in the plastic bag, so I had grievously inserted into the floorboard of my car. there were also no packings with butter and honey. bad experience!

We waited over 45 minutes in the drive-through last night. We thought it was because they were giving priority to call-in/pick-up orders but the place was empty when we finally drove off. It appeared there were ample people people working but they had no direction. Our second bad experience here, won't be back for another. The food isn't even good, mediocre at best.

Today is December 15th it's about 6 at night and there is no line on was no line.I paid $56 for a 16 piece mealAnd didn't even get any of my order correct I had to drive back and they pretended to care or sat they were going give me sum thing for messing up. Very clean nice location make sure and get in early they stop cooking after 8:00 p.m. so sometimes it's harder to get what you want later in the evening do the coupon survey on their receipts best deal ever buy one chicken sandwich get one free so you get two chicken sandwiches for five bucks can't beat that staff's always nice and pleasant I do like this location.

So last night, after a long hard day of work, I was wanting Chicken so bad. Made a stop to get some chicken wings and mashed potatoes. Came home started digging in, to find out all the wings were severely undercooked, like super red like it shows in the picture, I felt sick to my stomach, went back immediately for a refund. Never had a problem there until now, definitely won’t be making a return.
