Habit Burger Grill - Roseville

Worst experience ever. We ordered through the app for pick-up, but my husband didn?t realize the pick-up time was ASAP. We also could never find a comment field for the orders (my 18 month old has a severe peanut allergy). We tried canceling the order and calling without any luck. You can?t cancel or edit pick-up time or call the location. When we got there 30 minutes later, my husband explained, and they refused to remake our food for us. It was all ice cold and soggy. They also said they ?100% guarantee? the allergy portion. That?s a big claim for a toddler who would have to use an epi-pen if they weren?t telling the truth. They should have remade our food with the proper allergy precautions. Also, my kid?s 5 piece chicken nugget meal was all small crispy bits of breading. At least there was one big nugget?! I want a refund.

Had brilliant Grilled Chicken Burger with Fried Onion Rings and French Fries. The staff is very friendly and friendly. I ordered Char Burger and later hot to know that there are beef that we as Hindu do not eat because of our faith. The staff switched it to a chicken burger without hesitation and kept the same smile I loved. Very welcoming, positive and hygienic atmosphere. Service is fast. Toilets were clean and clean. Would recommend.

Been picking up a chicken salad there about once a week for lunch, really fresh, always ready when I get there. Can't ask for too much more. Have had their burgers which are very good as well .

Although the food and service are great ALL from the outdoor seats (tables and chairs) are absolutely dirty! They all need a good washing, not just a wet towel running over them. We eat here often and have never seen it so dirty. If I had a table before the order, I would have gone and went to lunch somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Always a hard Habit to break! No matter what you order, you will find the food enjoyable. I am in love with the single and double burger and sweet potato fries. You just can't go wrong with any item on the menu. Oh and the tempura green beans are out of this world especially if you dip them in the house ranch dressing ? The Habit Burger Grill is a must and once you do, you'll know what a hard Habit to break really is too!
