Del Taco - Roseville

The shakes here are absolutely amazing! However, they still don't accept $50 bills, which can be inconvenient when my order totals $37.

This location could really use an upgrade. The speed of service and quality of food are inconsistent. Our burritos were noticeably smaller—about one-third to one-half the size of a typical burrito. The waiting time can be frustrating; even when there’s no line, it often takes a long time to get your order. We didn’t use the drive-thru this time, but in previous visits, we’ve found ourselves stuck for over 20 minutes waiting to get through, even with just a few cars in front of us.

Warning: Do not order the Strawberry Lemonade! After my visit, I became ill and was vomiting within an hour. The Strawberry Lemonade was unusually sour, and I mentioned this to the cashier. The strawberries also lacked flavor. I attempted to respond to the message from Del Taco included in your reply, but the link was unreachable. I'm a very upset customer! My husband and I sat at a booth, but I was appalled by the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors were dirty, and the tables weren’t cleaned properly, with smeared food left behind. I ordered two crunchytadas (tostadas), but they only had a thin layer of refried beans in the center. The cheese was off to the side, not on the tostada, and the dried strips of lettuce were also missing from the tostada, stored in the container instead. The strawberry lemonade was tasteless and lacked sweetness, even with the bland strawberries—seriously, avoid this drink! Both of my tostadas looked like they had been carelessly tossed into the box. I couldn’t drink my strawberry lemonade, so I asked the person who took my order for a soda instead. The overall cleanliness of the facility was disappointing, and the bathrooms behind the building were in poor condition. The food was unappealing and lacked flavor, making me not want to return. It seems the employees don’t take pride in their food preparation or maintaining cleanliness. Why isn’t the manager addressing these issues? Perhaps the manager doesn’t care either. I won’t be coming back to this Del Taco!

Del Taco is my favorite fast food chain in America. Their tacos are way better than the other taco chain famous for their tacos.

I love Del Taco and specifically this Del Taco they are super nice and quick.
