Great customer service. we love to this place for one after the school snack. the face of my daughter glowed up when we moved to dq grill and chill.

Light is on the menu barely could see so that I didn't want to order anything else, but what I knew waiting time was longer than usual, they didn't apologize for the weight or offer everything I was sitting with my car ran for almost 20 minutes waiting for my food, so they three stars today.

Eis is good as usual, but the lobby was not open, and they also took the cement table and benches that we sat to eat our ice cream they need to put it back, as everyone wants to be out, we had to sit in the back of my car and eat the ice.

I went with my caregier to this ship out because I was really good at this day, I had a really great night before I came to the window. my caregator allowed me to speak in the drivethru and that when the qualm began. I made myself certain to be respectful and to call the workers maam and sir, but unfortunately they did not respect my quality. the worker screamed bikkk on me in a slanderous and rude ton and said, thank maam sekond window . this really started to hurt my feelings becuase it took alot for me to summon that mic beschwört i am autistic and have mild generalized anxiety disorder. When I came to the window, I was greeted by a nice man, then I saw the man who was rude to me. I was excited for my ice and chicken sandwich and let a little spore out the joy. I have a tendency to stim, but I guess the worker doesn't like austistik people who stim. the younger highscool old worker who had long black hair female, white) mocked me by saying, oh my gott in so quirky . that hurt my feelings more than anything, I cried all the way to the house and my ice cream didn't eat for him. never go to this place if they have autistic and stimic they do not have a good time.

I always order doordash from this location, and occasionally come in to purchase a custom cake for anniversaries and birthdays. I love this store so much--the food is fresh, the employees work so hard, and everyone is unbelievably friendly. I have never had one problem with my order, everything is packaged neatly and the food is super fresh! Big shout out to the wonderful people who provide excellent customer service. I work in the food industry and I know it's been a difficult few years with the pandemic and staff shortages, but these employees deserve the best pay and treatment. Appreciate the kind person who always leaves a smiley face on my doordash order! If you ever stop by this location, please tip these wonderful employees!
