Boss. Pizza Wings - Roseville

Ordered today from their website. Received a call from the manager and she said that they were out of wings and couldn 't fulfill my order. She thought I was a Door Dasher for some reason. I ordered for pickup. She said she was having trouble cancelling my order, and I told her I couldn 't cancel it because I ordered through their website. She went to talked to her boss and then came back on and told me they 'd cancel it when the Dasher came. I explained again that I ordered for pickup for myself, and she told me to hold so she could talk to a manager. She came back on and said he told her they 'd cancel it. Well, the tracking says order complete and I didn 't get a refund. I guess I 'll call tomorrow and have them fix it. Awful, terrible service and experience. Steer clear of this place! Also, why did they accept my order if they didn 't have the food that 's in their name? Weird.

We threw away all of our food tonight because everything we ordered was guaranteed fried in the same old disgusting oil. Our Tater tots were so dark brown and over fried that there was literally no potato inside anymore, they were rock hard!! Our wings were in the same condition, very dry and very overcooked. We ordered cookies and got.. what do ya know.. overcooked burnt donuts.. do not eat here.

Really enjoyed their pizza, kinda reminded me of a Sicillian pizza, the dough just wasn't as dense as a Sicillian. It was a nice change from our usual thin crust pizza's.

Worst place ever gone to, order curbside pickup select for the asap time which was around 6:30, but instead gotta wait over an hour when the app been said the food was ready and when I went inside got my pizza but didn't even get the topping I added on, also gotta wait another 15-20 minutes just for the wings that I also ordered already, on top of that they didn't even know what I order so I had to show the cooker or whoever the order and they had to take a picture, after I got my wings I didn't even get them how I wanted also if there's a boneless/bone in option and obviously if I selected the boneless one why the heck y'all make bone in!?f

I'd really like to try this place but being inside another pizza place like John's Incredible Pizza and not taking orders over the phone and only by door dash like apps is absurd. We were going to order their pizza for the super bowl but way too much time and work to place an order. Come on Boss Pizza you need to make the ordering experience better than this. You're going to lose a lot of customers with this approach.
