7-eleven - Roseville

I come here all the time but I received some terrible service today. A sign was advertising .89 for a Big Gulp and a Roller. I asked a question to the cashier which size Big Gulp goes with deal and he just nodded his head yes mumbling (he spoke very poor English). I go to fill up my large big gulp and the digital touch screen display for the fountain drinks was not functioning. Luckily I knew where the drink location was by memory and I filled up my drink.I put my drink on the counter with my one roller (taco and cheese) and it rings up to almost 3.00. I asked the same register person, what happened to the deal? and I look over and notice they took down the sign, He then fumbles with the sign mumbling and saying, the deal is canceled. They would not adjust the price to the .89 that was advertised in the store.This is the second time I 've had to deal with signs being displayed in the store that a deal was not honered, and I was unable to communicate with the register person because they spoke poor English.

Went yesterday 3/23. Sign outside mentioned a sale 2/$4.50. I get the two drinks and at the register and cashiers keeps saying it's $5.50. I go back outside and tell him your sign says $4.50 and he just shrugged. Wouldn't even consider changing the price based on the sale they have posted in the window.

Used to love this 7-11 when they first opened, they’re super close to my house, recently they sold and new ownership is in place. Well ‘Vinkas’ has been one of the worst cashiers I’ve ever dealt with, he must ask 3-6 times if there’s anything else? Like bro I’ve already told you no 3 times. Well today I go in and when I go to pay I notice it didn’t ask for my phone number, because Vinkas already put his in, and he’s got tons of points!!! He’s been doing it for a while now. I’m done there, I’ll drive further. I won’t even get the propel fuel there anymore either. Fairly sure what he’s doing is against company policy if not illegal.

Scammers own this shop. Don't use the atm machines.
