Pete And Roy's Canadian Pub - Rosetown

We were quickly seated at a small sports bar that seemed to be trying to accommodate all guests. Our server promptly brought us menus and took our drink order before disappearing for a while. When she returned with our drinks and took our food order, she disappeared again. After a significant wait, she finally showed up with part of our orders, but then disappeared once more. After over 1 1/2 hours of waiting, we were forced to leave. I went to the checkout area and asked our server to cancel my order. She apologized and explained that the kitchen had not even started on it yet. Despite the delay, she had brought and charged me for my wife's soup.

Dined here numerous times. The pizza is great and I haven't had a bad meal yet. Most of the food leans to being a bit salty, but the menu has unique features. The build a burger and Turkey, Bacon, Avocado sandwich are great. No kids allowed, but they do have take out.

In town for work, nice local pub... Roy's pork sandwich was great. Really enjoyed it. If I'm in the area again I will definitely come back

I met a friend for lunch at 1:00. The place was not busy...just a few tables. The waitress did approach me and I told her I was waiting for my friend and ordered a drink which she did bring. When my friend arrived, we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. I finally called a male employee over (may have been the manager) and asked if we could order. He had the waitress come take our order. I ordered a sandwich and she ordered soup and a sandwich. At 1:45, we were told our food was being prepared. At 1:55, we went to the til and said we were leaving. The waitress said our food was now ready and did we want to take it with us. There was no offer of reduced price or compensation in any way for us not getting our meal during our 1 hour lunch break AND I had to pay for my soft drink. I have eaten here before and the food is OK, but we won't be back. Very poor customer service.

Close to the Country Rose motel. Good food. A bit loud as it seems to be a local pub but that also speaks well of it.
