Ghiaccio Food Fizz. Specialita' Carne.

Me and my husband had an amazing meal at this restaurant! We tried for the first time the beef tartare and I’m telling you. Was so surprisingly delicious. The owner was attentive and explaining everything- from the local products to how the meat is cooked. I would highly recommend this place if you’re a steak lover! We will come back for sure! Me and my other half come to Roseto every year (for the past 4 years) and every year we make sure we have a date night to one of the nicer restaurants. This year, after looking around, we decided to go to Ghiaccio and cannot recommend enough people to try it. The food was excellent and delicious. Our host and owner could not have been more accommodating and seems like most of the produce used in the kitchen is from his own land or he sources it himself from local farmers. Overall a great experience that I'm sure we will be repeating.

Very high quality service and great food. Attention towards the truly special customer, kindness of the owner simply unique. It's a shame you can only give 5 stars!
