J&a Donuts - Rosenberg

This is the only donut shop I'll go to since moving to Rosenberg. I left off one star only so people would read my review. ON03/29/2023 I have never encountered a more miserable bunch of faces in my life! How in the hell are people this rude while in a donut shop?? It's not the business, but the customers that had me flabbergasted. It wasn't too early about 7:30 am. Anyway, I usually send my man and our daughter and they never had a problem, they said. I had our daughter with me that morning, and she noticed a difference in people's attitudes. I'll go back until they get used to seeing my face....

Mediocre donuts. Drinks are stored everywhere and service sucks. I really wanted this place to be as great as the other reviews. It's not.

Sign says they close at 1:00, but lock the doors at 12:17!!! This wasn 't the first time and they were not sold out. It was the same girl with the glasses that has been left multiple bad reviews. Maybe a family member because I don 't see how a responsible owner allows a person to consistently ruin the reputation of their business. Owner needs to consider keeping her . Regardless I won 't be back.

They don't seem to keep a good stock of product until closing. I have been multiple times around 10am (on weekends) and ALL the donuts are gone. They close at 1pm. Front of store could use a deep clean.

I'm only going to speak on the customer service. I just left and decided to do this review before I pull off. A lady waited on me. She already seemed to be having a bad morning. I ordered 4 kolaches. I asked for 4 separate bags because they are for 4 different people in the office. Attitude got worse. I don't eat pork so I kept mine separate. More attitude. No food is that good for me to deal with that. I asked If something was wrong she wouldn't respond. I asked her two more times and she finally told me no. I said I won't be back. Then she just kept repeating have a nice day. That was the first time anything pleasant came out of her mouth. Don't waste your time or money if you're looking for good customer service
