Today my food was unbelievably uneatable.. the meat was extremely old along with the beans. Just nasty. I never got my drink. The last time I ordered I payed for double meat. I received no meat. The time before that no drink or chips. I really like Chipotle but can no longer do business with this location near my house. The incompetence of this store is astounding. I ended up throwing away 30 dollars today and just cant help to feel robbed
This specific location is very stingy with its proteins. I spend almost $20 for the little amount of food I receive. The staff at this location should do a walk through at the pearlands? location and see how they serve their customers. Chipotle in Pearland serves a reasonable amount of protein compared to the Rosenberg location. Also, the staff at this location have a very poor work ethic, and no sense of urgency.
Staff is all friendly and patient! Today I was sitting and eating my food, this lady and her 5 kids come in, and her kids are running all around the place, screaming and yelling at each other, going in the restroom and making a mess and being destructive, and the mother gets in line, doesn?t do anything about her kids, she gets in line, and only MENTIONS to order her and one other kids food, doesn?t mention her other kids. So what did the employee do, they made a bowl for them two. She got an attitude and said ?um, I have 5 kids!? Like as if the staff is supposed to know how many kids you got and what they want; while they are running around terrorizing the place, two of the customers here got up in the middle of eating, because of how disrupted and disrespectful this family is. And the staff remained kind and professional and took all SEVEN ORDERS, with PURE PROFESSIONALISM! Kudos to this staff!
Did takeout today(1-17-22)?I?ve done takeout at this location for several weeks now. The guy tending the grill today seems preoccupied listening to his Apple AirPods in one ear. The counter where they fill the orders looked dirty. Food everywhere. The guacamole bin had sour cream in it! Who is the general manager of this place? Or who is the District Manager? Geez!!
True story, happened today. Ordered online. Couldn?t add guacamole, Upon pickup we were told they didn?t have regular chicken, we swapped to Pollo Asado. Food was brought to the window, bag was handed to us, we were told that they didn?t have sour cream, cheese, or lettuce (also remember they didn?t have chicken) . I told them I don?t want it and would like a refund. I asked what is going on ? How can you be out of the core ingredients. I was told via a whisper that Eco Lab was there and tested their temps and made them throw everything out, because it wasn?t at safe temperatures , said it was a mess. Also several different people told us they can?t do refunds, that we needed to google how. We did, got a chat with them and they just gave us credit for our order but wouldn?t refund. I?ve never seen anything like this.
