Chick Fil A Rosenberg

The food was fantastic, as usual. The line moved quickly, and it always satisfies my cravings.

I placed an order through the app and picked it up at the drive-thru, but I didn't receive one of my sandwiches. I've been trying to contact the store, but the phone line isn't working, so I'm unsure how to resolve this issue. I hope that when I return, this situation can be addressed. I've never had any problems at this location until today.

The restaurant has a very clean environment, and the kids' play area was fantastic for my two young toddlers.

Sadly, this location is all we have in Rosenberg. Today I paid $13.00 for 9 waffle fries in a LARGE order! The sandwich was lukewarm, as well. They do so much right, but it seems that the inconsistencty of the foods isn't one of them. This location is clean and they hustle to get you through quickly and in a friendly manner. Food is not always the same from visit to visit...sandwiches and fries are just not as good as others.

Check your orders before you leave. They used to be so accurate before and I don't know what's changed lately that my last 3/4 orders have been incomplete.
