Deli Time - Rosemont

The restaurant is conveniently located, and the staff are very friendly and eager to assist. However, the quality of the food and the prices were quite disappointing. My coffee was cold, and the Venetian panini I ordered was simply bread and meat—nothing special. I don't think I'll be returning.

I only go to this restaurant because it's convenient. The prices are high, and the salad bar items are either overcooked or undercooked. I recommend saving your money and ordering from Uber Eats or another food delivery service instead.

I paid $6.29 before tax for this! According to their website, the Traditional Venetian Panini consists of thinly sliced salami, ham, pastrami, oregano, balsamic vinaigrette, marinated tomatoes, and caramelized onions. However, what I received was essentially just bread with a little bit of meat—definitely not worth the price! I can't blame the kitchen staff; they're just doing their job. I'm not sure if they're unfamiliar with the special recipes or if they lack food service experience, but it's consistently disappointing. This sandwich feels like a desperate plea for improvement.

I ordered a Western Sunrise sandwich, and it was awful. There were no peppers or avocado—just a spoonful of mushy scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, and cream cheese. Considering that, I’d rather save my $6 and just get the regular breakfast sandwich for $2 less. When I went down to voice my complaint, they told me that technically cream cheese costs an extra $2. What a joke!

The prices are too high. The chicken was rubbery, and the breakfast options were of lower quality than what you'd find at a hotel continental breakfast.
