My food was burnt, and it was overpriced for what I received.

I don't believe they adhere to the standard practices of the franchise. My chicken was brown and greasy, and at times, it was even undercooked. They also serve sauces that aren't found on the usual menu. Overall, this place is a disaster.

I paid $34 for just one plate, and it was disappointing—there were more vegetables than meat and rice, and it tasted terrible. I won't be returning.

The Tom Yum soup was absolutely terrible. I had to return it once because the chicken has a black spot (1cm squared) in it: they made a new soup. The chicken in this second one had a terrible after taste in it which prompted me to write this review because this is unacceptable. The service may be good and all but what about the food?Edit: the owner wants more details below. I have provided the details below. I think there is sufficient information for them to investigate. In my tum yum soup, the chicken wasn't cooked properly, and when I reported it to them the guy looked at me like he didn't know what I was saying all of a sudden.My purpose was to show him to be more diligent when cooking chicken and avoiding such a review on their page.Yet when you have a look of disregard this is alarming and needs to be shared with the general public.
