Mcdonald's - Roseburg

Super sweet girl under the name jennifer b. really made my day! oh and about the cat in the lost picture on this mcdonald’s car through, there is a cat hanging on the parking next to mercy sick house and the cancer center that resembles this cat severely.

When I stood inside, waiting for help on a Sunday morning (11/6/22), I was very impressed by the hectic and professionalism of the entire crew! these people worked so hard and did the job! it is so easy sometimes to expect “fast” food and instant service. we all need to break in occasionally, I think only people appreciate that make a hard job good. kudos, people!

I love mcdonalds especially the bigmac, I have one near my house and I take my puppies once in the week for 2 patties. I've gone since 15 cents and that's a very long time.

Every time I go to this place, I get exactly what I expect from every mcdonald’s. the best in roseburg. they made a hot fresh coffee for me when I asked how old the coffee was. that impressed me.

New crew members as normal for any McDonald’s. They seemed under trained though. And corporate seriously needs to put money into the ice cream machines and not new employees that don’t have proper customer service skill training. Better management would be a plus for everyone but who am I to say.
