Mcdonald's - Roseburg

The parking lot at this McDonald's can be quite challenging (just kidding, it's not that bad; I'm still a new driver and find it stressful). For some reason, the food here takes longer to prepare than at other McDonald's locations. During my last visit, I went through the drive-thru and ended up having to park and wait over 10 minutes for my food. However, the pancakes are quite good!

This restaurant has improved quite a bit over the years, and I’m really impressed with their progress. However, it's still McDonald's, and there are definitely better dining options out there. Nonetheless, it's one of the few places where I can get a McDouble, large fries, and a large drink for about $7.00 or $8.00, which is a better deal than most places.

The service was satisfactory, but I had a significant issue with the lack of signage indicating where to park for mobile orders. I waited for at least 10 minutes, and when I finally went inside to retrieve my food, they informed me that they hadn’t seen anyone. I explained that there was no clear signage indicating the mobile parking area, and they pointed to a small sign on the street in front of the building. There was nothing in the main parking lot to guide customers. I even had to ask an employee who was delivering food to drive-thru customers for help locating the parking area. Honestly, I would have been better off using the drive-thru, even though it can be quite frustrating at times.

The young brunette working the payment window at 2pm April 17 had a terrible attitude, wasn't personable at all. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was the guy working the 2nd window was incredibly nice. I understand it's McDonald's and I shouldn't expect much, but that girl needs to work the line if she can't even fake a smile.

We havent been to McDonald's in a while, first off, the shake machine wasnt working. Then we decided to order a few sandwiches, nothing big. Every sandwich was plain. No ketchup on the burger, no mayo or lettuce on the chicken sandwiches. At $5.25 for a chicken sandwich, it should at least have lettuce and mayo. And a $7 burger , should be more than meat cheese and bun. We did end up with 2 pickles out of three sandwiches. Very disappointing.
