Arby's - Roseburg

The customer service was very slow, as we waited at the counter for 12 minutes before any employees came to help us. They greeted us when we walked in, but then disappeared into the back cooking area.

I would give this restaurant a 0 if I could. The quality has severely declined. The fries are consistently overcooked and they frequently run out of turkey and other ingredients.

The food was delicious. I can't wait until we have an Arby's nearby.

Friendly employees and lots of parking spaces. Typical Arby's menu, so if you've eating at an Arby's before you'll know what you want. Service was quick. A great place to stop and rest or grab a quick bite to eat while traveling down the interstate. We'vebeen here before while traveling and would have no issues coming here again. It's always great to find restaurants like thisthat are located at a travel center, so you can fuel up and grab some food at the same time.

Doesn't have the option to take Arby's digital coupons because they are part of Loves gas station and not really a franchise of Arby's (so they told me). That's really a bummer not to be able to use discounts. Staff was pleasant. But they did forget to putin my sack the fries.
