Przekaż informację zwrotnąI eat here often as I work close by. It used to be great but they have changed staff recently and has gone downhill. I order online up to twice a week and lately have had more sandwiches made wrong or missing things than they have made right. Time for a new lunch spot. ?
DO NOT order online. Never said they were out of the bread we wanted and didnt state it when we picked it up so they just gave us what ever. we ordered cookies in the meal to give to the kids and it never showed up for some reason. ordered ex pickles and came loaded with cucumbers lol the online thing is a mess. idk if its the store or what but dont use online
Amber was one of the worst customer service reps I have encountered and I manage retail. She was rude, had a really bad attitude towards us, and had zero patience and couldn’t answer simple questions. We observed multiple customers notice her unprofessionalism. Will not be back at this subway.
Love the food. The staff are friendly. Fast service.
No matter who's working I always have pleasant experience!
