Best Taste Of India Roseburg

I avoided this place because of the outside atmosphere not really sure why, just did not appeal to me. I went based upon a recommendation and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good quality, reasonably priced and the service was great. Theywere very busy do it took awhile to get our food but it was worth the wait.

We LOVE Indian food! We are both great cooks and love to cook Indian food, but sometimes would rather have someone else do the cooking. This restaurant is the REAL DEAL when it comes to great, authentic Indian cooking. We had the Butter Chicken, ChickenTandoori, Lamb Korma, Samosas, Fried Cauliflower, Dal Mahkani, and the Shrimp Curry. We chose the medium spice level because welove spicy food and most of the time, medium seems more like mild this was definitely MEDIUM spicy! And EVERY DISH wasabsolutely DELICIOUS! If you love Indian food, you MUST try this out!??

This was by far the best Indian food I’ve ever tasted! We ordered the Chicken Vindaloo and Chicken Korma, accompanied by plain Naan. We also tried their Samosa appetizer. The food was outstanding! If you find yourself near Roseburg, Oregon, make sure to stop by and treat yourself to an amazing meal!

The food is delicious, and the Indian music creates a nice atmosphere. However, the entrance is a bit confusing. When you arrive, you have to make your way to the back of the restaurant to find a host who will seat you. We wandered around for a bit and even wondered if we had accidentally entered through a delivery door, worried that we might be handed an apron and scolded for being late for a shift!

What a charming place! The waitstaff was incredibly kind and delightful. After a swim, we were looking to avoid fast food and decided to stop by here. Instead of kicking us out, the waitress warmly welcomed us, even showing us her favorite bread and inviting us to take a seat. We definitely need to return dressed nicely for a proper date!
