Firstly, the signage is quite poor. It was difficult to find the place due to inadequate directional signs and there was no clear indication of where to park. To make matters worse, the overgrown foliage obscured the entrance, leaving us to navigate through wet grass to get inside. Clear signage would have greatly assisted us. Additionally, we experienced some mixed messages during our visit. Upon our arrival, one staff member informed us that we might not have the fire pit for the whole evening, while another assured us it was ours for the night. The most concerning issue was the noise level caused by a group of young boys playing near our fire pit. Their loud screaming and roughhousing went on for hours and was quite disruptive. At one point, one of the kids fell and toppled our table, which was laden with our wine and s'mores, coming alarmingly close to the fire. I still can’t understand how he didn’t get burned. Despite the chaos, the staff never intervened to ask the kids to tone it down and we received no compensation for the disturbance. While I fully support children having fun, it’s up to the parents to keep them in check. As a business, there should be a focus on maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and ensuring safety around the fire pits.

The atmosphere is lovely and incredibly relaxing! It's so peaceful here. We rented a pit for a birthday party, and it was a huge success!

The restaurant was quite busy and seemed a bit understaffed. The team was friendly, but we had to find them ourselves to get our igloo. They offered to comp our drinks as an apology, but we ended up being charged for them anyway.

The igloo experience was wonderful. Outside under a canopy with heaters. Manager personally stopped by and started another heater because my wife was a little cold. I recommend this place. Keep in mind. It is just snack platters, wine, and drinks. Not a full course dinner. We had cheese and bread with vinaigrette and tomatoes. It was great to just talk and enjoy each other’s company without the kids. Great date idea if you are looking to shake things up!

A wonderful spot to kick back and relax with a glass of wine with friends. Or a bottle. We won’t judge you.
