Our waiter left the bar b q on the table next to them (the people rose up and left) it took another 45 minutes to get our bill. The only positive part was the river view.
This restaurant has an area outside that it runs outside the river and a small green area where people jog, train, run around. The mood of this whole picture is very relaxing. Therefore it facilitates the restaurant to win people, the restaurant itself is ok, service was above average, food ok- nothing special. The price is very high. I would go back there and recommend the place if you want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings outside.
I wanted to celebrate my birthday with four friends. It has a large air-conditioned salon with at least 3 sectors and outdoor tables at a gallery. Beautiful views of the river, the park, the boulevard and the skyline of buildings. Cosy surroundings. Usually quiet enough to enjoy except likely on Sunday when reservations are advisable. Menu with options of daily dishes and the general listing that has a good choice. Good wines. Attention. In summary: a comfortable place, a beautiful experience.
My wife and I came to Rosario for a nice day, and lunch in Riomio represented the proverbial 'on the cake'. Our waiter was very attentive, one of the best mozos we experienced during our recent visit to Argentina. The 'rabas' duck was great, the best Kalamari I've ever tried in this nation. They were moist and fresh with a very delicious 'Tartare' sauce equivalent. Our networks were good too. My wife tried boga- a local river fish while I enjoyed 'milanesa de pollo' with a filling of very high quality chicken. The wine list was great and we set ourselves on a Torrontes white that was perfect for setting in sunshine through the terraced 'ramblas' and gardens on the river!
I've given this place a couple of chances it is in a great location near the river, very modern, with great outside seating. The food is actually very good, but the service is absolutely terrible. Even when the restaurant is empty the staff largely ignores their customers and just stands around inside chatting. Restaurant service in Argentina is generally on a slower pace than in the US, which is fine and actually nice in a lot of ways, but here guests tend to get ignored. I don't think I'll go back again.
