Mesón Don Jamón - Roquetas de Mar

We visited this restaurant on recommendation from a local and we loved every second. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially as we are English and do not speak the language. You have menus in different languages, to specialized English tapas menus. The tapas is really good value for money and tasted amazing. This is a must see while down in Roquetas De Mar!

Four of us ate here last night. The food was very well prepared with bread olives and aloli until it arrived. The shells were juicy and not a piece of grits. The cod was a special recommendation. The pig in pepper sauce with chips was delicious and I had the cod with mussels and prawn beautiful in a tomato sauce. You have menus in English the restaurant has a rustic feeling very pleasant atmosphere. We all had main courses two glasses of wine each and two large water for just under one hundred euros excellent value for money. After the bill was paid, a little shot of Basileys was brought a nice way to finish the experience.

Great restaurant! A must in Almería try. We stay for a week in Playa Serana and we visited the restaurant a total of 5 times. Very cozy restaurant, they make their tapas really great! Try her Jomon! It's the best of all time!
