The owner's response just reinforces my point—still no apology, only a note about reminding staff to inform customers. Their reply read: "Hi Sarwan, Thanks for the review. We will remind our teams to advise customers that gelato cakes need to be stored in the freezer and not the fridge. Rose Gelatissimo Support Office."

I purchased a cake from Gelatissimo, but they failed to inform me that it needed to be kept frozen. By the time I got home, the cake had melted and was completely inedible. To add to my frustration, they refused to offer a refund. I was extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of product information. Additionally, I found the customer service to be quite rude and dishonest. I would recommend considering another ice cream shop if you're looking for better service. This experience even made a little girl cry. Service: Takeout.

Gelato is ok. I tried the choc honeycomb and dragonfruit lychee. Choc honeycomb wasn't very flavourful, just tasted like sweet vanilla with some small bits of chocolate. Dragonfruit lychee was refreshing but could not taste dragonfruit.

Gelato was delicious had 2 scoops in a cup had salted caramel and pistachio.only negative thing was the price but pricey!!!

The choc honeycomb is now my favourite. Was served by Cameron very politely, great customer service.
