Mcdonald's Blacktown Sports Park

The restaurant used to be excellent, but now the wait times are consistently long. When the food finally arrives, it's often stale, cold, and there’s frequently something missing from the order. Honestly, it's not that hard to do the job right.

The previous management used to run this place exceptionally well, but lately, dining here has been a letdown. Today, my burger was a mess, as if it had been shaken around in the bag, and the fries tasted stale.

I waited about 8 minutes to pay and was ignored by the young manager. There was no one at the reception or any customer service available. The young staff members were walking around, and one of them, who was instructed to wash his hands, did not do so. It seemed like they were understaffed. I ultimately decided to leave and go to McDonald's instead, due to the poor management.

We paid for food and half of it was missing. please get this, and it is very unacceptable. get their employees to train properly on their orders.

Does any one even work here? At least 4 different people have seen me standing at the counter.. not one person came out to serve me... it's 10am..
