Great Western Grill - ROOTY HILL

The food is beautiful and affordable, and I highly recommend it!

My wife and myself went to Great Western Grill during lunch time today,18/11/18. we purchased some take away and were surprised to see that some of the chairs has got bird poo that cascaded on the back rest of the chairs. We waited for about 20 mins to get our order and were disappointed with the size of the $25 crispy pata that we ordered. We paid $30 dollars as we were told that there was a price adjustment recently, but we did not see any changes done on the menu board as we left the joint. There were no credit card facility to expedite the pay transaction and we also found out that some of the skin of the crispy pata were not in anyway crispy!!! We are very disappointed with the presentation and hygiene of the venue and also with the poor quality of food and will not be recommending this resto to anyone!!!

We had merienda here, good service and comfort food that hits the spot.

The dining experience was fantastic, and the waiter demonstrated excellent knowledge of customer service. Truly impressive!
