Rocky's Place. - Roosevelt

So it was a long wait which is fine understand able. When the number was called my fries where forgotten. Then when I tried them they where rock hard. The english chips where soft enough for my fiance to eat, but I didn't try them. My burger was cold when I got it. My fiance got a taco salad which I asked if it was spicy they said no it was. The meat was also hard. It's not somewhere I'd eat again.

Ordered online to save time and they ended up not making my order because they were out of toppings but that's why I provide a number, I should of been refunded 1.25 for the toppings they were out of and the attitudes are not the best. Two stars cuz they have good ice cream flavors. Ended up waiting over an hour after ordering online.

Coming to Rocky's as a kid, I loved it. However, it seems that every single time I go, the employees are rude and apathetic, the price is outrageous (about $20 per person), and the wait is a good 20-45 minutes. The shakes are never mixed, the food is extremely salty, and the hamburger patties are about 3% better than a McDonald's one. I'm incredibly disappointed to see this place go so downhill.

Terrible food and lack of service. I would give it a zero if I could. I went with my daughter and got a cookie dough shake and banana spilt. Once we got our food (after 20 mins of waiting) we were so disappointed in what we got I ordered a banana spilt with multiple different flavors and well as different syrups. What I got was a banana with vanilla ice cream thrown on top and drenched it syrups. My daughter got a cookie dough shake and it was just vanilla ice cream with a wad of cookie dough at the bottom. We went to the grocery store and got better dessert than this.

Burgers are mediocre, nothing to write home about but edible. Shakes taste great, but are never more than half mixed. I have been here several times hoping to get a well mixed one but never have.
