Pollo Tropical - Roosevelt Gardens

This place is dirty and serves spoiled food, I've been twice and both times foul smelling food, and it's not even kept at the appropriate temperature, I ordered a soup this time and it was literally luke warm. The employees are disorganized and the guy at the window was wearing gloves and touching money, I hope he's not using those same gloves to serve food.

The only reason we come to this place is because my husband doesn’t find anything better to eat, the service at this location is terrible, employees really don’t care and it looks like they’re not trained in customer service.

Great food, as a Cuban, the food tasted very authentic and delicious! While the price of a family duo is a little high it is nothing compared to the cost of other Cuban restaurants in the area.

Bathroom was DISGUSTING. All of them pee on the seats, Pee on the toilet, pee on the floor. And it has horrid smells.

Horrible Service, order was supposed to be ready by 6pm. It wasn't ready until 6:45pm. And on top of it they had an attitude. Then we got home the order was missing a side of rice. Never again, not at this location. Awful location
