They consistently get our order wrong most of the time.

This restaurant has the worst set of staff, especially the night shift. They are lazy and refuse to offer dark meat options because they don't want to make more chicken. It's clear that they hate their jobs, and the management is no better. This is the worst Pollo place to order from, as they always mess up the order. They need to stop hiring people who make the customer experience unpleasant. We will be taking our business elsewhere. There is a dark-skinned guy with face piercings who seems to be new to the location and purposely tries to upset customers. He has a bad attitude, lies, and refuses to give customers what they paid for. If you don't enjoy your job, please change it for the sake of everyone involved.
