Literally the worst customer service ever. The lady snapped “I’m an employee not a manager, I don’t know!” And “I’m pregnant, and you’re making me mad” when I asked for clarification of why I couldn’t order something on the menu that was being advertised in a huge photo.
Waited 30 min to order a sandwich. Although the entire menu was displayed, turns out they only had 4 items available, and as the rudest cashier I’ve ever seen mumbled the news, and when asked to repeat herself she says “what did I just say?” after sighing. Coming from someone who’s hearing impaired and a cashier myself, I’ve never experienced such terrible staff. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed.
Thank you for a rotten banana for $1.95. Thanks for changing tax for non-taxable item. Thanks for the one hour waiting in line just to tell me that you don’t serve lunch. Absolute junk
Very understaffed and slow service. One cook, one cashier/beverages person and a huge line of people who need to make their flights. Other staff were popping out from the back but didn’t step in to help.
