Cabo Blanco 3 - Roosevelt Gardens

Ordered 2x from here. Overall food is very good. Arroz Chaufa De Mariscos has a slight odd taste (and weve eaten plenty of Peruvian food including this dish. Sending different sauces would be a nice touch with a $55+ order each time. Ordered Tres leches but sadly, didnt get to try. Instead received the Alfajador which is a very tasty cookie delicacy (at $2.75 for one, pretty expensive but I guess this is standard. The ceviche pescado was delicious. Mixto was also very good.

This is the worst aji de gallina I have ever had. The chicken part was incredibly salty to the point where I had to spit out the food and throw it away. When I called to address the issue, they told me they couldn't do anything except apologize because no one else had complained about this dish today. This was terrible customer service, and it is unacceptable to refuse to fix something just because someone else did not complain about the same dish. I regularly eat this dish at other places and have never had it taste so bad.

The restaurant looks fantastic! I will provide an update once I have finished tasting the food!

The Ají De Gallina dish was overly salty.

It was good, just felt like I had way more rice and Fries then meat
