Carvel Ice Cream - Ronkonkoma

The young lady was incredibly friendly. It's a Carvel, so you already know what to expect: delicious ice cream and delightful ice cream cakes!

The service is always friendly and the ice cream is fresh and delish!

I ordered an ice cream shake, but it lacked flavor and had more ice than anything else. My girlfriend got a hot fudge sundae, but there was no fudge, and the ice cream was very bland. It seems like they are cutting back to save on costs. We won't be returning.

I ordered the largest cake with a picture on it for $65. I picked it up just an hour before the party, and to my dismay, my daughter's name was misspelled! They attempted to fix it, but the result looked terrible, and to top it off, they still charged me the full price!

This is a fantastic Carvel for families. The staff is very friendly, and they do a great job of keeping the line moving. My only complaint is the roll-up doors; they create a depressing atmosphere and aren't really necessary.
