Subway - Romulus

Whenever we visit this restaurant, Julie is there to greet us. Honestly, we can't imagine this place without her! She's fantastic and definitely deserves a bonus. Each time we come in, the vegetables are always fresh, and she really adds a personal touch to our experience.

This is likely the best sub shop in the entire Metro Detroit area! The service was outstanding! From the cleanliness and hygiene to the friendliness of our server, everything was top-notch! Typically, when I open my sub, sauces are often dripping everywhere, and the sandwich is poorly assembled, leaving me in need of more than five napkins. However, today, the server did such an excellent job that I didn't even need a single napkin! AMAZING! I requested clean utensils, and they made sure to wash everything in front of me for my satisfaction! Thank you!

The staff was excellent. There was one girl who worked on her own, and she handled everything remarkably well. She made sure everyone's orders were correct, all while maintaining a smile on her face. I wish I could remember her name, but she did a fantastic job!

Coffee is good.. too much cream in it tho.
