On two occasions while trying to place my order, I encountered a dead end with no apparent way to proceed to the next page. I had to go to the counter for assistance. The supervisor was able to tap around and eventually helped me complete my order. However, it was still not a great experience. I still dislike the kiosks.
Carmen was incredible! This is the first time I've ever had a McDonald's employee take my tray and clear it for me. She has a wonderful way of interacting with all the customers, particularly with the seniors who come in. In my opinion, she deserves a raise and special recognition. If all McDonald's employees were like her, it would truly brighten a lot of people's days. I even asked a regular customer if Carmen is always this sweet, and he told me that sometimes she's even sweeter—if that's possible! I've also noticed that most of the employees at this location (3381) are really nice.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came with all the toppings I requested, but there was no chicken! Additionally, my friend requested two bundles but only got one.
Came in the morning. Employees were rude and lacked the effort to work. They were standing around talking while my food was probably sitting right in front of them. Every day the manager is always standing around on her phone doing nothing. Pure laziness.
Well i had a great pair of employees that took very good care of me,.y food was on point and they made sure everything was hot and fresh!!tha k you so much cheyanne and Stephanie!!you 2 deserve a raise and employee of the month awards!!
