We stopped by and were glad to find that they were three vegan sandwiches, we tried two of them and they were very nice

Bread roll? Cob? Barm cake? Whatever you call it, it’s pretty much always delicious and so these Italian iterations proved to be as well. Both of the labelled vegan options, the folle (aubergine and pesto) and the souvenir (hummus, courgette and sun-dried tomato), delivered on flavour and they are a good size, providing you opt for the classic rather than its tiny alternative. My only gripe with the sandwiches was that the bread had been toasted to point that it has become slightly hard and crusty rather than soft and chewy which would have benefited them greatly. A charming wee venue with rather helpful and pleasant staff where you can pick up a decent sandwich or two whilst engaging in the odd mini board game, worth a visit in my book.
We were told by the lovely man that works here that the rosetta bread was invented in Milan and perfected in Rome. Not many places do them now as they are more time consuming (pressing the rose shape into the dough). It was so soft and crispy and aesthetically pleasing. The Riviera (filed with potatoes, green beans, basil pesto, and confit tomatoes) was flavourful and delicious (especially the pesto) and the beans added a good crunchy texture. It's a combination I haven't seen before and am very pleased they had a unique vegan sandwich. The shop is small but very cute, in a cute little street.
