Trattoria De Gli Amici - Rome

Sono stato con un amico e abbiamo preso 2 primi (carbonara e gricia) entrambi molto buoni. Il servizio è stato molto veloce e cortese. Assolutamente consigliato.

We unfortunately felt that we were not welcomed to the restaurant we were ignored by staff one in particularly, we were extremely disappointed with our food the steak I think could get up and walk out of the restaurant! Would not return

It is true that the location of the restaurant is great, and the stewardess attending us was trying to make it work. We ordered one appetizer to share and two pastas along with two drinks. After waiting for two hours, we learnt that our order was never processed. They cancelled our appetizer upon our request, however the endless wait never over. I believe they may be short in staffing or maybe there was a glitch in receiving the orders. Nonetheless this was by far the worst experience of our trip.
