Le opzioni vegane sono una pasta con la passata di pomodoro (12€) e una ciotolina di insalata (10€), senza nessuna fonte proteica vegetale. Il servizio è impreparato, poco cortese, disorganizzato e lento, si perdono le comande e rimpallano le responsabilità. Ho ordinato la pasta e mi è arrivata con una salsa al formaggio come guarnizione, non indicata nel menù. Invece di scusarsi e correre a rifare il piatto, insistevano nel dire che era parmigiano stagionato senza lattosio..... senza parole. I tempi di attesa sono impossibili, più di un'ora dall'ordine alla tavola. Da evitare.

They serves a couple of vegan options: spelt, barley and black rice salad with aubergines, courgettes and backed tomatoes creamy lentil soup with ginger I had a simple take away wrap with grilled aubergines, tomatoes and artichokes cream. What I tried was quite plain, for example they could have marinated the eggplants to make them more flavourful… I would have expected more taste but in the area is not so simple to find vegan food. They have a huge menu of freshly made fruit and vegetables juices, but I didn’t tried any.
