When being served amazing food while looking out at the Colosseum, one can have absolutely no complaints about Aroma. Federico, our waiter took great care of us and was even flexible with the menu allowing us to substitute our dessert. Every dish tasted amazing with my personal favorites being the Guinea Fowl Pasta, the Monkfish with Sea Urchin Sauce and the Chocolate Soufflé. A true one of a kind experience that will be hard to match

The staff was excellent. Food was very good. Some dishes were great. View was exceptional! Almost a 10/10, but some dishes just did not quite live up to Michelin star excellence.

I think many go there just for the view, I was one of them but the food, service and atmosphere didn't disappoint me. This was my first Michellin experience and they made sure I enjoyed it. The server very kind and I witnessed them assist taking pictures of guests, not being stuck up at all. Accidentally didn't leave a tip because I didn't know how it worked, I thought I was gonna be able to add it myself on the card machine..
