Fuji's - Rome

When it comes to new restaurants in Rome, I walk in with low expectations but Fuji blew me away with the friendly wait staff, low wait time at a rush hour, and excellent food that competes, and in my opinion, is better than Koto, Asian Bistro, Sumo, and Mitsuba. The miso soup, sushi, and hand rolls were well prepared with great aesthetics and the taste was phenomenal with a price that really sets the bar for good food at a reasonable cost without having to drive an hour. We WILL be eating here again,... And again and again.

Our large group of ten thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of Fuji and the wonderfully crafted dishes they served. The price of $26 covered everything except drinks, and they even offered us a bottle of wine. Don't hesitate to try something new and delight your taste buds. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is memorable. You'll definitely want to return soon!

Fantastic food and outstanding service! The Hibachi Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. They also had an extensive selection of California wines, which was quite a delightful surprise! A wonderful gem in Rome!

Great food and friendly wait staff. A welcome change from the plethora of Italian restaurants in Rome. Ate here for the 1st time by my_self one evening. I enjoyed it so much that I urged a friend to join me here for lunch th very next day!
