Chicken Salad Chick - Rome

Overall, my experience was quite enjoyable. I used the drive-thru, so I can't really speak to the restaurant's atmosphere. As for dietary restrictions, they do offer options.

We had dined here before when the experience was much better. Today, however, was just average overall. I ordered the Fancy-Nancy chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad. While it was decent, the tea was disappointingly weak and bland. My wife mentioned that her grape salad resembled grape soup, as it was drenched in dressing. Additionally, the staff at the front counter seemed quite distracted upon our arrival, even though there wasn't a large crowd. They struggled to put together our entire order for a group seated outside, despite several employees being involved. To top it off, in the midst of our ordering, another customer approached with a separate issue they were already trying to resolve. The staff paused for a moment to address that, which added to the overall disruption.

The food is consistently excellent, but the manager on duty was not very impressive.

The staffs customer service is excellent! The drive thru ladies made my first visit very special by recommending their favorites and giving me options to customize. Thank you! This place is my new addiction!

The food is awesome! The restaurant is very cute and always clean. The staff are friendly.
