American Pie Of Rome

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I typically avoid new pizza places because I've been let down every time I've tried one. While American Pie isn't exactly a newcomer anymore, tonight was my first time trying it. Although we only ordered wings and fries, everything was perfect! The fries were well-seasoned, and the everything wings were fantastic! My daughter also really enjoyed her mild wings. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

I ordered pizza from here for the first time, and it turned out to be very salty—almost inedible. I tried the Betsy Ross pizza, and unfortunately, it was just overly salty. I was really disappointed.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I wasn't impressed with the pizza. Honestly, there's no reason for subpar pizza in Rome, NY! The sauce lacked flavor and was overly abundant. There was too little cheese and just a few slices of pepperoni. On the plus side, the price was reasonable at $6.00 for two slices and a soda, and the staff was friendly. I’ve heard there may be better options on the menu, but the pizza just didn’t cut it. I do want to give them credit for being open on Mother's Day when many other pizzerias were closed.

I ordered a pizza last night, but when it arrived, it was cold and hard. I called the restaurant to request a replacement, but they were closing, so I said I would call back the next day. When I did call the next day, I explained the issue with the pizza, and the woman on the phone told me it was expected to be cold and hard since it had been sitting all night. She also mentioned that there was nothing she could do about it and then hung up on me. Overall, I found the food, service, and atmosphere to be very disappointing.

The food is outstanding. We've visited twice and were satisfied on both occasions. I've already recommended it to my friends. Please continue to maintain the quality and reasonably priced dishes. We look forward to coming back.
